Every vendor under consideration is evaluated against the same professional standards. TVG recognition is not granted by default, it is the result of a structured review process designed to identify vendors who meet a clear threshold of credibility, consistency, and professional integrity.
Apply
Check your own eligibility by submitting your business details, or nominate a vendor you trust. We'll run a free initial screening to see if the business qualifies.
Review
Eligible vendors are evaluated against published criteria covering business identity, operational continuity, customer experience, and professional standards.
Decision
Recognition is granted or denied based on whether the vendor satisfies the applicable criteria at the time of review.
